From the Sagamore Bridge
Take Route 6 (the Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 5 (Route 149). At the bottom of the exit, turn left onto Route 149 toward Barnstable.
At the intersection of Route 149 and Route 6A, turn left and proceed for 1 mile. Bear left onto High Street. The High Pointe Inn will be on your right (#70).
From the Bourne Bridge
After crossing the bridge, go three-quarters of the way around the rotary (do not take Route 28 South) until you see a sign for Route 6A East.
Turn onto 6A East and continue for approximately 3.5 miles until you come to a set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights and go up the hill where you will merge with Route 6 East, which is the Mid-Cape Highway. Take Route 6 to Exit 5 (Route 149). At the bottom of the exit, turn left onto Route 149 toward Barnstable.
